I created a Proof of Concept solution for a leading telecom provider to forecast the cash and opex impact of planned projects and to compare the impact of alternative scenarios to financial targets.
KPS aims to bolster Kearney’s offering through the implementation of digital procurement solutions and partnerships with solutions providers. My role was an intersection between product manager, market researcher, and business analyst as I assisted in the early stages of development.
I focused on the Logistics category ($1bn in spend across ~50 suppliers in scope) and conducted contract analysis in preparation for supplier negotiations to minimize cost increases resulting from separation.
I worked on a pro-bono engagement with a restaurant in Binghamton aimed to increase margins and grow the business.
